- PDB is not responsible for leak of the information you provide to subscribe to PDB if any kind of unauthorized access is made to the PDB database. Even after your paid subscription period ends, the information you had provided while subscribing shall remain in the records of PDB and PDB shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised leak from this database.
- PDB shall not be held responsible for the confidentiality of your PDB account password.
- PDB uses some third-party facilities such as Google Analytics to measure website metrics. Your IP address may be shared with such facilities.
- PDB reserves the right to place banners, of any nature whatsoever, including paid advertising material on the PDB website. The user cannot claim to get advertising-free content having paid subscription fees. Nor can the user claim to get a portion of the advertising revenue.
- PDB may send information and offers regarding the PDB website to the subscribers or to former subscribers whose tenure of subscription has ended.
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of law at Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement. Any dispute is to be settled only at law courts in Kolkata.
- This privacy policy supersedes any prior privacy policy of PDB.
- If you do not agree to this privacy policy, you may refrain from registering with PDB.
